Physical Therapist Sierra Vista, AZ (Outpatient + Light Inpatient Coverage)

We are actively hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join a collaborative and supportive rehab team in Sierra Vista, Arizona . This is a direct hire opportunity offering a strong compensation package, excellent team culture, and a healthy work-life balance.

Position Overview :

Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Setting : Primarily outpatient with inpatient coverage once every 6 weeks (average 4 5 patients / day)

Evaluations : 90-minute initial evaluations

Follow-ups : 45-minute sessions, conducted by PTAs

Team : Work alongside 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary : $100,000 $120,000 depending on experience

Sign-on Bonus / Relocation :

$20,000 sign-on bonus + $15,000 relocation assistance

OR combine into $35,000 if relocation isn t needed

3-year commitment required; $20,000 paid upfront, $5,000 paid annually over next 3 years

Living Stipend : $1,000 / month for the first 12 months
