What You’ll Need

Active LPN license in Missouri

BLS / CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Charge nurse or supervisory experience is a plus—but not required

Dependability, attention to detail, and a calming presence

A heart for senior care and teamwork

What You’ll Do on Night Shift

Oversee care delivery and supervise CNAs during the night

Monitor resident health, document changes, and report concerns

Administer medications safely and accurately

Respond to emergencies and ensure resident safety and comfort

Communicate effectively with oncoming shifts and healthcare team

Assist with admissions, discharges, and room changes as needed

Maintain documentation and follow all facility policies and state regulations
