Location : Portage, Wisconsin

FTE : 1.0 - Full-time

OPPORTUNITY :

  • Open to four or five days per week (32 patient contact hours required).
  • Average of 15-17 patients / day.
  • Outpatient only with 1 : 8 telephone call only.
  • Actively developing team-based care (shared MA, RN, support staff).
  • Excellent sub-specialty support.
  • Clinic offers in-house EKGs, blood draws, imaging, and physical therapy.
