We're hiring a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) & AI Specialist to design and deliver next-gen AI-powered solutions using Google's most advanced tools -including Gemini, Agentspace, Contact Center AI (CCAI), and Code Assist . What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

AI Solution Architecture & Development

Design and deploy scalable, secure AI solutions on GCP using tools like Gemini , Agentspace , CCAI , and Code Assist .

Architect cloud-native applications that integrate multimodal AI, virtual agents, and automated developer tools.

Model Building & MLOps

Train, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning models using Vertex AI .

Manage the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle for performance, reliability, and scalability.

Prompt Engineering for Generative AI

Craft effective prompts to guide GenAI behavior and optimize output quality for tasks including summarization, reasoning, and creative generation.

Advanced Tool Integration

Seamlessly integrate Google AI services :

Gemini APIs for advanced multimodal AI

Agentspace for orchestrating AI agents at scale

Dialogflow CX , Agent Assist , and CCAI Insights for next-gen customer experiences

Code Assist / Duet AI to supercharge development workflows

Enterprise AI Agent Design

Build intelligent agents with Agentspace to streamline operations, automate workflows, and facilitate knowledge discovery.

Customer Experience Transformation

Deploy CCAI to optimize contact center performance-virtual agents, real-time agent assist, and actionable analytics.

Developer Productivity Enhancement

Implement Code Assist to improve code quality, speed, and understanding across development teams.

Data Management on GCP

Build robust data pipelines and manage large datasets using BigQuery , Cloud Storage , and Dataflow for AI model training and inference.

Security & Compliance

Ensure all AI solutions meet enterprise-grade security and regulatory compliance standards.

Consultation & Enablement

Act as a subject matter expert-leading workshops, demos, and strategy sessions for internal stakeholders or clients.

Continuous Learning & Research

Stay at the forefront of Google Cloud AI advancements. Explore new research, techniques, and tools-especially emerging capabilities in Gemini , Agentspace , and beyond.

What You Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

Core GCP Expertise

Deep knowledge of GCP services (e.g., Compute Engine, GKE, BigQuery, Vertex AI)

GCP certifications (Professional Cloud Architect or ML Engineer) strongly preferred

AI / ML Mastery

Strong background in machine learning, NLP, computer vision, and MLOps

Proven experience with LLMs and generative AI tools

Hands-On with Google AI Stack

Gemini : Real-world experience with generative tasks, multimodal AI, and function calling

Agentspace : Understanding of AI agent orchestration in enterprise environments

CCAI : Experience with Dialogflow CX , Agent Assist , and contact center analytics

Code Assist : Usage of AI-powered development tools across IDEs and codebases

Programming & Integration Skills

Proficiency in Python (preferred), with experience using GCP and AI SDKs / APIs

API-first mindset with experience in microservices and AI system integration

Strong Data Engineering

Skilled in building and managing data pipelines, working with structured / unstructured data

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration

Analytical thinker with a bias for action and problem-solving
