Job Responsibilities :

• Provide anesthesia care for cataract patients and other surgical procedures.
• Maintain a schedule of guaranteed 8-hour shifts with flexibility.
• Work independently in the operating room, while collaborating closely with surgeons and other healthcare providers.
• Manage pre-anesthetic assessments and post-anesthesia recovery of patients.
• Handle a variety of surgical cases including general surgery for adults and pediatrics, nerve blocks, IV regional anesthesia, among others.
• Participate in continuous education and training relative to anesthesia protocols and practices.
• Engage with operating room staff including surgical techs and nurses to ensure optimal patient care.
