Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking two licensed Pharmacists for a 13+ week travel assignment in Peridot, Arizonaone inpatient / ER role and one outpatient / clinic role. This is a federally affiliated tribal health system, so any active U.S. pharmacist license is accepted. Travel and housing assistance available.

Schedule : Four 10-hour shifts per week; variable days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities :

• Provide clinical pharmacy services in inpatient / ER or outpatient / clinic settings
• Dispense and verify medications, counsel patients, and collaborate with providers
• Manage inventory and support quality assurance initiatives
• Work with ScriptPro SP200 automation and RPMS EHR (transitioning to a new system)
