Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Evenings with $2500 Sign-on Bonus

Job Summary : Cherrelyn Healthcare Center is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to enhance our team. In this rewarding role, you will provide essential nursing care to our patients while leading and supervising fellow caregivers at our facility. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with a focus on evening shifts and alternating weekends.

Responsibilities :

• Provide direct nursing care by assessing patient needs and creating care plans.
• Perform nursing procedures, including wound care and assisting with patient mobility.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient information accurately to maintain comprehensive records.
• Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure exceptional team-based care.
• Serve as a resource for patients and their families.
• Participate in meetings, conferences, and staff training as required.
