How you will make an impact :

The Business Solutions Manager drives key customer onboarding, from pre-contract to full implementation and works closely with the Health Systems Executive team.

Key responsibilities will be :

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end customer implementation process from pre-contract through successful onboarding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and technical support, to ensure a seamless implementation.
  • Act as the main contact person for key customer collaborators throughout the implementation process.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their happiness.
  • Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure the timely and successful completion of implementations.
  • Regularly update senior leadership and key collaborators on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Implement standard methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Candidates with equivalent experience will also be considered, with a preference for those holding an advanced degree.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare or life sciences industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex implementation projects.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior executives and key collaborators.
  • Highly organized and diligent individual with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment and navigating complex organizational structures.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
