A well-established Skilled Nursing Facility in the Buffalo area is currently seeking a seasoned Director of Social Work for a leadership position. This full-time role is ideal for a professional with strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of regulatory standards and long-term care operations.

Prior management experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is required.

Key Responsibilities :

Qualifications : \n \n
Demonstrated leadership in long-term care settings

Minimum of a BSW, LSW, or MSW preferred

Thorough understanding of relevant State and Federal regulations

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
