Infrastructure Engineer

Factory is seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Engineer to architect, build, and maintain our advanced cloud infrastructure.

What you will do and achieve :

• Lead the design and implementation of a robust, secure, and highly scalable cloud infrastructure, utilizing cutting-edge tools like Docker and Terraform.
• Work in close collaboration with product teams and software engineers to deeply understand and efficiently address infrastructure requirements for new features, research initiatives, and evolving customer needs.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain CI / CD pipelines, significantly enhancing the software development and deployment processes.
• Ensure the highest levels of security, scalability, and reliability of our infrastructure through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and rapid incident response.
• Champion performance improvements and infrastructure automation, leveraging best practices to foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
