Key Responsibilities :

• Fabricate and assemble wire harnesses, cables, and panels according to schematics, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform wire preparation, stripping, cutting, crimping, and labeling.
• Solder connectors and terminals using through-hole and solder-cup techniques.
• Conduct functional and continuity testing of harnesses and assemblies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work orders and assembly processes.
• Follow IPC-620 and MIL standards for cabling and soldering when applicable.
• Operate hand tools and automated crimping equipment safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with team leads to complete projects from start to finish.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 / hr.
