Weekdays : Monday–Friday (4 PM–12 AM or 12 AM–8 AM)

Weekends & Holidays : Flexibility required; may be scheduled for any portion of 8 AM–4 PM, 4 PM–12 AM, or 12 AM–8 AM

Weekends : Every other weekend (EOW) required

Experience & Requirements :

Experience : Previous Charge or House Supervisor experience required

Certifications : ACLS and BLS (Required)

Charting System : Epic (Required)

Pending License : Not accepted

Locals : Not accepted (must reside outside a 75-mile radius)

RTO : No more than one week of RTO per contract

Unit Overview :

Responsible for leadership and oversight of 311+ beds across all hospital units, including :

Emergency Department

Family Birthplace

Surgical Services

14 Medical-Surgical Units

20-bed ICU

ICU Charge and providers serve as RRT and Code Team, supported by the House Supervisor.

The hospital utilizes a centralized staffing office with coordinators covering 80 hours per week.

Additional support from an off-shift nurse manager (4 PM–2 AM, 4 shifts per week).
