What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist with troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial setting
  • Learn to install, maintain, and calibrate plant equipment and instrumentation
  • Support preventative maintenance programs and document work performed
  • Participate in safety inspections and follow all safety protocols
  • Attend required technical schooling as part of the 2.5-year apprenticeship program

What Are We Looking For

  • Strong interest in electrical and mechanical systems
  • Ability to work safely and follow detailed instructions
  • Willingness to learn and attend required schooling
  • Demonstrated reliability and teamwork
  • Basic computer literacy and communication skills

    • Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug / alcohol screen, and background check
  • Enrollment and active participation in the 2.5-year apprenticeship program, which includes classroom instruction and on-the-job training

    • Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

    • What We Offer

  • $22.00 per hour upon entry into the Apprenticeship Program. Increases will be provided halfway through the program and upon successfully completing the program.
