• Employment Status : Full-Time, 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends as necessary
• FLSA Status : Non-exempt / Hourly
• Schedule : Monday – Sunday; hours vary based on church needs
• Reports to : Director of Liturgy and Pastor

Summary

The Coordinator of Music Ministry is responsible for planning, coordination, execution, and development of the music ministry for weekly Mass worship services and other celebrations. The goal is to engage the faithful in song during worship and draw them into a closer relationship with God. The Coordinator should exhibit reverence for Mass and liturgical celebrations and help parishioners nurture a love and devotion to the Catholic faith so that they may spread the Gospel through prayer and song.
