What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and / or the public by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for irregularities. Communicate and collaborate with site personnel and local authorities as needed during regular operations and emergency response activities. Complete reports and documentation related to incidents, observations, and security-related activities during assigned shifts. Monitor access points and observe for unusual behavior or situations, escalating concerns according to site protocols. Minimum Requirements : At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
