Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to support daily shipping and receiving operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth logistics by interacting with drivers, operating industrial scales, and assisting with basic manual labor tasks as needed.

Work Environment

Team members may be assigned to either the shipping office or the warehouse / shipping and receiving area, depending on operational needs. Occasionally, they may need to step outside to assist drivers with deliveries or pickups.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilmington, DE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 / hr.
