Job description

Coverage Needed :

  • November 17, 2025 - Ongoing
  • Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
  • On Call : Optional

Clinical Details :

  • Outpatient clinics, hospital for consults, minimal rounding
  • Patient Volume : 12-15 patients per day
  • Patient Age Group : Adults, Geriatrics (18 years and up)
  • Treatments / Procedures : Chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, hormone therapy, infusions (no BMT, no acute leukemias)
  • EMR : Mosaiq
  • Support Staff : Available

    • Requirements :

  • Board Certification : Hematology / Oncology
  • State License : Oklahoma (active license required)
  • Certifications : ACLS, DEA, Oklahoma CSR
  • Experience : Minimum 2 years
  • Must have a clean background
