Salary Range : $24.00 - $36.00

Department Details

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you will provide professional nursing care to residents of all ages in long-term care settings. Under the supervision of a registered nurse, you will :

Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of residents.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Document resident interactions and care outcomes.
Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and families.
Respond to emergent situations with confidence and skill.

Key Responsibilities

Support multiple locations within 150 miles of your permanent address.

Contribute to resident assessments and care plans.

Provide technical support to healthcare professionals.

Educate residents and families on prevention and treatment plans.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.

Minimum of 18 years of age.

Long-term care experience (6 months preferred, 3 months required).

Currently hold an unencumbered LPN license.

Must have completed a pre-licensure nursing program with supervised clinical experience.

Scheduling Requirements

Minimum of 30 hours per month.

One weekend shift per month.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes :

Premium Pay Rates :

$5 / hour premium on all hours worked.

$1.25 / hour weekend shift differential.

$1.25 / hour evening / night shift differential (6 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM).
