Pay Information

$300,000 to $350,000 per year

About The Position

Family Practice - Community Engagement - $200K Signing Incentive

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to take over a thriving practice in Central Wisconsin. The incoming provider will be joining a well-established system comprised of 7 hospitals and 65 clinics throughout portions of Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota. This location offers physicians the opportunity to work with residents (4-week rotations through this location) and the option to focus on sports medicine, womens health, geriatrics, or behavioral health.

Compensation and Benefits :

  • $275,000 - $325,000 base salary depending on schedule and experience level
  • Relocation reimbursement
  • Up to $200,000 recruitment incentive paid directly to you - use for your student loans or whatever you want!
  • Full benefits - Health, Dental, STD, Life
  • 22 days of PTO / year + 6.5 paid holidays

Practice :

  • 25-bed critical access hospital with 24-hour ER
  • 2 physicians and 3 APPs currently at this location
  • 12-14 patients per day
  • 4 or 5-day work week options
  • Epic EMR
  • Tele-health access to all specialists and regular rotations through the clinic
  • Opportunity to work with residents who will do 4-week rotations in this location
