Lead Maintenance Technician (2nd and 3rd shift)
This position reports directly to the Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Lead Technician is responsible for leading shift service delivery of maintenance related activities and tasks that support the high performance of production and facility equipment. This includes all support activities and functions necessary to ensure successful operation of production equipment and activities that follow GMP guidelines including the management of internal company resources.

Essential Functions :
Leading shift maintenance team and activities to perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair production and facility equipment.Develop and continuous improving maintenance job work plans and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Coordinating with Scheduler and Planner to ensure that the assigned shift work is planned and scheduled maintenance activities that minimizes production downtime.Perform regular maintenance technician duties.Training and mentoring junior or new maintenance team members to inform, educate, or enhance their skills and knowledge of production and facilities equipment and maintenance procedures.Collaborating with external equipment vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance services.Maintaining accurate Blue Mountain records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and repairs.Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and promoting a culture of safety among maintenance staff.Support investigations and deviations involving production, facilities, and packaging equipment issues.Responsible for acknowledging and investigating active Facility Management System alarms and alerts that occur on assigned shift.Responsible for properly documenting all spare parts removed for inventory and for documenting any unused spare parts that are returned to spare parts inventory.Ensure all Leiters Facilities and Engineering policies and procedures are adhered to.Perform any other activities as directed by the Maintenance Manager.Adheres to all applicable procedures, cGMPs, company policies and any other quality or regulatory requirements. (For example : OSHA, DEA, FDA, EMEA, ANVISA, HS&E, etc.)Supervisory Responsibilities :
NoneExperience and Necessary Skills :
High School diploma or GED required.4+ years of experience in a highly regulated environment like biotechnology, pharmaceutical or related fields, including a significant exposure to regulatory requirements preferred.Working knowledge of industrial maintenance procedures regarding production equipment and facilities.Knowledge of cGMP requirements as they pertain to the manufacturing and lab equipment in an aseptic filling pharmaceutical environment.Experience with computer software applications (MS Teams, Powerpoint, Excel, Word )Benefits :
