Executive Assistant Role
Provide direct support to the CEO, serving as a pivotal administrative resource for the teamDemonstrate exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and proactive problem-solving abilities to handle executive scheduling, meeting preparation, logistics, and internal operations efficientlyManage complex executive calendars, appointments, and meeting logisticsPrepare the CEO for meetings by compiling reports, documents, and key insightsEnsure timely execution of follow-up tasks and prioritize the CEOs commitmentsArrange domestic travel for the CEO and assist with team travel requirements as neededMaintain and update CRM systems, contact databases, and document archivesTake detailed notes, transcribe meeting summaries, and oversee task assignmentsSupport client-facing events and contribute to the preparation of presentation materialsHandle general office operations including vendor interactions, supply orders, and equipment monitoringOversee team expense reports and establish standard operating procedures for enhanced efficiencyAssist in creating and editing reports, internal documents, and PowerPoint presentationsSupport the CEO in civic, leadership, and professional commitmentsDrive special projects and handle ad hoc tasks in a dynamic work settingExecutive Assistant Background Profile :
Bachelors degree requiredMinimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); proficiency will be assessedFamiliarity with LinkedIn, QuickBooks, and HubSpot is advantageousStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills; must pass grammar and communication assessmentDisplays discretion, professionalism, integrity, and confidentialityTech-savvy with a willingness to learn new tools and systemsPositive, team-oriented demeanor with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsComfortable in a small office environment with hybrid work flexibilityAuthorization to work in the U.S. and successful completion of a background checkFeatures and Benefits of Client
