Position Summary :

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing accurate financial information to management. This role requires a high level of expertise in accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP / IFRS.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of journal entries and financial statements.
• Assist in enhancement of month end close processes and prodedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
• Mentor and support junior accounting staff.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices.
