Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex renovation and new construction projects ranging from $250K to $15M in value. This is a high-impact, leadership role responsible for driving project success from preconstruction through close-out. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Lifecycle : Manage all phases of construction — from preconstruction and budgeting through project delivery and close-out
• Team Leadership : Partner with field superintendents to ensure project schedules, logistics, and quality standards are consistently met
• Client & Stakeholder Relations : Serve as the primary liaison with owners, facility managers, consultants, and vendors
• Financial Oversight : Control project budgets, manage subcontractor buyout, and process change orders, pay applications, and invoices
• Scheduling & Documentation : Develop and maintain master project schedules, track submittals, RFIs, and coordinate progress meetings
• Quality & Safety : Deliver projects on time and within budget while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards
• Site Presence : Travel as required for project launches, walkthroughs, and close-out inspections

Qualifications

Experience : 7+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial construction, preferably with exposure to :

Senior living and assisted living facilities

Multifamily and mixed-use developments

Hospitality and retail environments

Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of CSI divisions, GMP contracts, buyout practices, and construction safety compliance

Technology Skills : Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, Buildertrend , or comparable project management platforms

Scheduling Expertise : Skilled in CPM scheduling and resource coordination

Leadership & Communication : Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and resolve challenges independently
