Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior-Level Project Manager (title can be Senior PM or a strong PM ready for senior responsibility). This person must be able to take ownership of complex renovation / adaptive reuse projects and run them with minimal hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead $3M–$15M renovation / adaptive reuse projects
• Create / manage schedules using MS Project
• Run buyout, negotiate subcontracts, close scope gaps
• Manage RFIs, submittals, ASIs, COs
• Oversee field execution with Supers / APMs
• Utilize Buildertrend or similar software
• Lead weekly OAC and internal meetings
• Manage budget, allowances, contingency, pay apps
• Work professionally in occupied environments
