We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our industrial manufacturing team. This role is responsible for performing preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on building systems, utilities, and production-supporting equipment to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, compressed air, and electrical distribution.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on utility systems to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Support maintenance of production-related infrastructure such as process piping, cooling systems, and material handling equipment.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and other applicable codes and safety standards.
• Respond promptly to building and facility maintenance requests from operations and production teams.
• Assist with capital projects, installations, and facility upgrades as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all service, repairs, and inspections using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
