Job descriptionLead and supervise a hardscape crew on-site Install patios, retaining walls, grading, and outdoor kitchens Operate skid steers and other heavy equipment safely Interpret project plans and ensure accuracy Enforce safety protocols and job site organization Communicate effectively with clients and crew Assist with seasonal cleanups and snow removal when needed Proven experience in hardscape construction + leadership Strong knowledge of pavers, grading, and block wall systems Proficient in skid steer / heavy equipment operation Valid drivers license and clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Competitive pay : $24$28 / hr (based on experience) $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days Annual bonuses + PTO based on tenure 1099 role with potential to convert to W2 Be part of a skilled, Unilock-certified team

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Hardscape Foreman to lead and manage outdoor installation projects including patios, retaining walls, grading, and outdoor kitchens. Youll oversee crews, ensure precision, and operate equipment to bring high-quality outdoor spaces to life.
