Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of recent specialty experience and an active license for a travel assignment.

Responsibilities

Assignment is in a physical therapy department

Setting is likely acute or outpatient, physical therapy-focused

13-week contract assignment

Patient caseload and shift specifics not provided

This position does not accept local travelers within a 50-mile radius

Applicants who have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years are not eligible

Time off requests must be less than 1 week

No specific information on first-time traveler eligibility

Requirements

Active Physical Therapist license required if applicable

Minimum 1 year of recent experience in physical therapy is required

No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Driver's license is required

US Social Security Number required for consideration; Canadian SIN not accepted

All certifications must be valid for at least the first 30 days of the assignment
