Job Title : Deskside Support Representative Distributed Client Services

Location : Earth City, MO

Duration : 12 months with possible extension.

Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS problem tickets.
• Configure and install common applications.
• Install / remove desktop PCs and monitors.
• Remote take-over skills are a plus.
• Must have good verbal and written skills, as well as the ability to interact positively with clients.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various local sites is required, as work is done at customer locations.
