What We Offer You

• CRNA-Led Model : Join a progressive team with dedicated MD backup at two Level 3 trauma centers
• Full-Scope Autonomy : Perform general surgery, OB, ortho trauma, ENT, urology, and healthy peds, plus regional blocks
• Flexible Weekly Hours : Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule averaging 32-40 hours, with home-based call (1 : 7) and post-call days always off
• High-Earning Potential : Choose $300K W-2 or $360K 1099 with up to $50K in tiered sign-on bonuses and 13 weeks of guaranteed vacation
