Assistant Project Manager – Multifamily Construction

Position Type : Full-Time, W2 (permanent placement / direct hire, NO Temp / Contract)

Location : Office in Jacksonville, FL (near Jax Beach area). Projects throughout Southeast US.

• Position is primarily onsite in office, with occasional travel to jobsites as needed.

Our client is an established, respected, and growing general contractor specializing in Multifamily, Student Housing, and Senior Living developments across the SE for over 20 years, with over 100 projects completed across more than 15 states and 60 cities.

Role Overview :

As an Assistant Project Manager on our client's team, you will play a pivotal role in executing mid- to large-scale multifamily and student housing projects across the Southeast. You will assist with budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, procurement, quality control, and coordination between the field and the office. You'll report to the Project Management team, act as a key liaison, and help drive successful delivery – on budget, on time, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
