Job description

Summary

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Business Process & Compliance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will evaluate and improve business processes to enhance efficiency, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and align with industry standards and internal policies. The ideal candidate will possess advanced process improvement skills, in-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Process Analysis & Improvement :

  • Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend strategic enhancements.
  • Enforce process improvements to optimize operations and drive organizational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

2. Compliance & Risk Management :

  • Monitor and assess compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure processes align with compliance standards and mitigate business risks.
  • Conduct compliance audits and reviews to ensure adherence to standards and regulations
  • Conduct risk assessments and control measures to address potential compliance and operational risks.
  • Develop and maintain compliance dashboards and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • 3. Data Analysis & Reporting :

  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks related to compliance and process management.
  • Leverage data insights to improve compliance and risk management strategies.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on compliance and risk management to senior leadership.
  • Track, analyze, and report on compliance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • 4. Training & Communication :

  • Provide targeted training and support to teams on process improvement and compliance requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure effective communication of process updates, compliance changes, and best practices.
  • 5. Incident Management :

  • Investigate and respond promptly to compliance incidents and breaches.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to resolve compliance issues and prevent future occurrences.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Operations, Auditing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business process analysis, compliance, or risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and familiarity with industry-specific regulations and guidelines.
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Preferred certification such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP).
