Job description

Overview

AGRILAND FS is looking for a team focused, self-starter to administer and support the company's enterprise network and our organization's IT needs. This individual will assist other team members when ensuring excellent system-wide and individual member IT support.

This position is fully on-site at our corporate office in Winterset, Iowa.

Core responsibilities

  • Designs, specifies, configures, installs and maintains corporate office and remote location networks, including WLANs
  • Support servers, firewalls, routers, switches, fiber, cabling, and wireless access points
  • Support hybrid VOIP phone system and SD-WAN
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to network hardware acquisition, installation, use, support, and security

What we need from you

  • Associate degree in information technology or information systems and / or 1-2 years of work-related experience
  • Excellent computer hardware and software business experience
  • Experience with Fortigate Firewall, Ubiquiti / Unifi switches, WAPs, Rocket Prisms, and Nanobeam
  • Experience installing and supporting IP based networks in a WAN environment
  • Experience Windows 2022 server preferred
  • Strong planning, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to work outside of normal hours when necessary
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and have the ability to travel independently and overnight if necessary
