In this full-time role (30 hours) during first shift, you will be on the front line of our mission to advance the health and wellbeing of our communities.

Your Role :

  • Deliver outstanding patient care with a focus on customer service.
  • Perform venipuncture on diverse patient demographics.
  • Collect and prepare non-blood specimens with precision.
  • Ensure the accurate processing, labeling, and ordering of tests.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and quality control.

Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior phlebotomy training or experience is essential.
  • Strong communication skills that foster patient trust.
  • Adept at working efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience in a laboratory environment.
  • Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians.
