Who You Are
As the Associate Manager, Catalog Data, you'll support the Catalog Data Management team to improve operations and encourage growth. In addition, you will lead a team of Catalog Specialists and Catalog Data Analysts to ensure daily objectives are achieved and best practices are maintained. You will aid with the development and training of team members, supporting performance reviews, coaching, and helping to lead training sessions on operational strategies and emerging technologies.
You will help manage the sourcing, cleaning, integration, and transformation of metadata from both structured and unstructured data sources, ensuring compliance with guidelines set by Catalog Operations leadership. Your role will involve analyzing and improving catalog data structures, workflows, and processes to enhance data quality and performance, while adhering to privacy, security, and compliance regulations for metadata and product data.
Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and drive long-term growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help design and implement strategies that improve catalog performance and the user experience, while identifying opportunities to automate processes and use data insights to increase efficiency.

What You Bring to the Team
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below :
$60,000 - $101,500
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors.
