Pharmacy Manager Home Infusion Pharmacy

Location : Oklahoma City, OK | Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 30am5 : 00pm | Direct Hire

About the Role :

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead daily operations at our Home Infusion Pharmacy in Oklahoma City. This leadership role will oversee all aspects of pharmacy operationsfrom the clean room to distribution, staff management, and performance reviews. Youll play a key part in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient patient care while supporting the growth and success of the pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide oversight of pharmacy operations, including sterile compounding, distribution, and staff workflow

Collaborate with the warehouse team to coordinate accurate and timely medication delivery

Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate pharmacy staff performance

Support drug procurement and inventory management processes

Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge in pharmacotherapy and IV therapy by attending in-services, seminars, and conferences

Step in as a staff pharmacist when needed to support patient care

Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards

Qualifications :

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; PharmD or Masters preferred

Active Oklahoma Pharmacist license in good standing

12 years of recent experience with IV admixture services and infusion therapy

At least 1 year of prior supervisory or management experience

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
