Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team in Katy, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in oncology and OBGYN, with a passion for patient care and administrative excellence. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Room 2024 patients daily, ensuring efficient patient flow.
• Record vital signs, height, weight, allergies, and medication updates.
• Stock and maintain exam / treatment rooms; manage supply orders.
• Perform phlebotomy and obtain blood specimens.
• Answer referral-related phone calls and assist with scheduling.
• Coordinate patient tests, procedures, and hospital admissions.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and communicate test results.
• Handle administrative tasks including typing, filing, faxing, and reception duties.

Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant

Medical Assistant Certification Required

OBGYN experience Required / Strongly Preferred

Oncology experience Preferred

Bilingual (English / Spanish) Preferred

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
