Construction Project Superintendent

Our client is currently seeking a CONSTRUCTION PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

• Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Leadership & Team Management : Ability to motivate, lead, and manage various construction teams and subcontractors.
• Communication : Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with engineers, architects, project managers, and other team members.
• Software Proficiency : Familiarity with construction management software (., Procore, Raken, Buildertrend).
• Organizational Skills : Strong time management, planning, delegation, and multitasking abilities.
• Problem-Solving Skills : The ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track
