Job Description

Do you have prior assembly or light manufacturing experience and want to be part of building military-grade products? If so, this Assembler position could be a perfect fit! This is a full-time, direct-hire role offering a steady paycheck, set hours, and an immediate start on exciting military contracts.

Assembler responsibilities include :

• Performing mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies for military-grade products
• Working on sub-assemblies (building and labeling smaller parts for system inventory) and final assembly (putting together completed units)
• Assisting with light welding and minimal soldering (about 5% of the role)
• Maintaining accurate records for all assemblies per military contract requirements
• Supporting cross-training efforts to cover team members during vacations or workload shifts

Assembler Requirements :

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Pay : $20–$23 / hour (depending on experience)
