Job descriptionNumber of Beds - 46 Number of Staff – 88 Type of staff : Night Shift – 1 CNC, 11 RN, 5 PCT Patient Ratios – 1 : 4-5 ( sometimes 6) Type of equipment – BIPAP- PRN, PCA pumps, Tube feeding, woundvacs EMR – Meditech PCU experience ACLS Willingness to Float Positive Attitude Cardiac drips no titration , post- Heart Cath, Abdominal surgery, post-ops with PCA pumps Any post- surgical needing 3-4 hours monitoring Great with customer service
