About the Role

We are seeking an IT Specialist to support our growing team by ensuring smooth, secure, and reliable use of technology across the organization. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical team members. The IT Specialist will play a vital role in keeping our systems running effectively, supporting staff, and implementing solutions that help us operate with excellence as we pursue our mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of computer systems, networking, cloud tools (e.g., Google Workspace), and security protocols.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in plain language.
• Understand how AI integrates into your position.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Alignment with the mission and values of The Daily Grace Co.
