This role is responsible for leading performance-focused SEO strategies across multiple client accounts. As our SEO Lead, you'll be responsible for everything from technical audits and site structure to content strategy and on-page execution. You'll collaborate closely with our growth, content, design, and dev teams to deliver best-in-class organic strategies that directly impact business results.

This is a hands-on, senior-level role with room to grow into a team leadership position. Ideal candidates bring deep SEO expertise, strong analytical skills, comfort working across stakeholders, and the ability to turn complexity into results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SEO efforts across multiple client accounts, including technical, content, and strategic execution
• Conduct technical audits, identify issues, and implement fixes to improve crawlability, indexing, and overall site health
• Own keyword research, topic clustering, and content roadmap development for organic growth
• Build internal linking strategies and manage schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and mobile UX improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, dev, content, paid) to align SEO with overall marketing strategy
• Monitor and report on performance using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other tools
• Educate internal teams and clients on evolving SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
• Work with analytics to attribute SEO performance to revenue impact, build reporting dashboards, and drive continuous improvement
• Knowledge of PR, domain score, and related back-linking strategies (but will not need to handle PR personally)
