Job description

Overview

We are looking for a Technical Consultant to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.

Responsibilities

  • Give AI chatbots complex coding tasks and evaluate their outputs
  • Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift) and ability to explain solutions to coding problems
  • Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
  • Detail-oriented
  • Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
  • A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor9s degree is preferred but not required
