Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Job Description

Role Overview : The Senior Financial Analyst, TV Networks will report to the Senior Manager and provide critical financial support across MSNBC, CNBC, Golf Channel, USA, E!, SYFY, and Oxygen. This role is instrumental in driving accurate forecasting, insightful reporting, and strategic analysis of subscriber revenue. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, a keen attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to support decision-making across the networks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with forecasting and reporting subscriber revenue, including budgets, long-range plans, and monthly pacing.
• Maintain and enhance complex revenue models in collaboration with Distribution and Decision Sciences teams.
• Assist in analysis of risks and opportunities related to subscriber revenue.
• Collaborate with finance teams to maintain headcount and C&B budgets and models.
• Contribute to free cash flow planning and analysis in partnership with Corporate FP&A team
• Participate in system implementations and process improvements across News, Sports, and Entertainment finance teams.
• Contribute to ad hoc strategic and financial projects as assigned.
