Job Description
As a CNC Operator, you will play a crucial role in operating CNC machines, mills, and robots to produce parts that adhere to precise specifications. You will be responsible for performing tool and insert changes, following detailed written instructions, and ensuring parts conform to blueprints. Monitoring machine performance, complying with safety regulations, and maintaining clean work areas are key aspects of the role. Additionally, you will perform basic maintenance on CNC machines and collaborate with supervisors and support teams to resolve any issues.

The company, a family-owned business operating for over 65 years, specializes in manufacturing faucets for schools and hospitals. As part of your role, you will work with various metals, primarily brass, and be trained in different finishes for various product lines. The work environment emphasizes cleanliness, with end-of-shift duties including cleaning your area.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr.
