Data Center Logistics / Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Center Logistics Specialist to support our data center operations. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and performing various warehouse-related tasks to ensure smooth and

efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Shipping & Receiving
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments of IT equipment and supplies.
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments in accordance with company and carrier standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and dispatch.
• Inventory Management
• Track and manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment, parts, and consumables.
• Warehouse Operations
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed.
• Assist with asset tagging, labeling, and staging of IT hardware.
• Documentation & Compliance
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies and security protocols.
• Maintain accurate logs, shipping records, and inventory reports.
• Support audits and reporting requirements.

Qualifications :

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00 / hr.
