Travel Nurse RN - Med / Surg / Orthopedic - $1,876 per week in Murfreesboro, TN

Job Title : RN Ortho Profession : RN Specialty : Ortho Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : 06 : 45 PM - 07 : 15 AM Hours per Shift : 12 Experience : Minimum of 1 year License : Active RN License Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, OCN certification strongly encouraged Must-Have : Experience in orthopedic nursing Description : Start date is non-negotiable. Position involves working on a post-surgical floor specializing in orthopedics, oncology, and neurology. The patient population includes young adults through late adults (ages 18 - 60). Nurse to patient ratios are 1 : 6. Staffing plan includes a variable staffing grid to include Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), and Nurse Interns (NIs). An RN assumes full responsibility for the patients on each team. Traveling staff may be required to float to different units or facilities within a 35-mile radius based on staffing needs, patient census, and acuity. Travelers will always be notified before their scheduled shift if a float assignment is necessary.
