What You'll Be Doing
Leading a multi-disciplinary engineering team focused on machining, process, and tooling excellence.Overseeing CNC operations, tooling optimization, and complex machining processes.Providing technical guidance, troubleshooting, and process improvements to maximize uptime and quality.Driving new product introductions from concept to production.Managing capital projects and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and reliability.Standardizing engineering processes, implementing best practices, and supporting Lean / Six Sigma initiatives.Partnering with Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and superior results.Who We're Looking For
10+ years of engineering leadership experience in machining-intensive or precision manufacturing environments.Deep knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, process optimization, and automation.Proven ability to lead and develop teams, improve processes, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methods is a plus.Strong communicator, collaborator, and problem solver.Why You'll Stay
