Senior Compensation Partner

We're seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to join a growing aerospace and defense organization during a critical stage of transformation. This role will lead compensation strategy and execution for a rapidly scaling workforce and play a key part in shaping our total rewards programs as we transition to Workday and prepare for significant organizational milestones.

What You'll Do :

• Partner with HR and business leaders to design and deliver competitive compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity modeling.
• Conduct complex job pricing and market analysis across niche roles such as aerospace engineering and software.
• Support compensation-related projects tied to IPO readiness, retention strategies, and workforce expansion.
• Drive data analysis and reporting using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and executive compensation teams to ensure alignment across total rewards, benefits, and equity programs.
