What You’ll Do
The Lead Electrical Service Expert will serve our customers at the highest level. This position will diagnose and repair electrical issues that lead customer to informed and confident decisions for their home.
Daily / Weekly Responsibilities
Complete all general electrical in-home, service callsEstablish customer rapport to sell the right products and servicesEducate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plansUnderstand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goalsShow yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat businessWork alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the businessMaintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truckParticipate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, trade shows and retreatsTrain and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installationsBe accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheetsWhat We’re Looking For
Over 3 years of experience with residential electrical codes, coupled with proven ability to make effective, on-the-spot decisions regarding troubleshooting, diagnostics and ultimate service of the systems2 years of experience mentoring apprentices through training and skill developmentDeveloped proven track record in electrical systems including electrical components, junction boxes, circuit breaker units, and reading wiring diagrams. Generator experience is a plusClean, safe driving recordHighly organized with exceptional follow-through abilitiesStrong verbal and written communicationsHigh integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connectionsCompetitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a teamPowered by JazzHR
