Job descriptionOutpatient Monday – Friday Flexible Scheduling with After-School Appointment Requirements We support work-life balance while ensuring our school-aged patients have access to care during high-demand times. This position includes : Full-time person will need to see adults too. A core requirement of at least six (6) weekly appointments during peak after-school hours (start times at 3 : 30 PM, 4 : 15 PM, or 5 : 00 PM). Flexibility in choosing which days those appointments fall on—allowing you to build a personalized schedule around those core hours. You'll assess, treat, and manage the physical needs and development of infants, children, and adolescents—helping to improve their mobility, strength, coordination, and overall function. Our pediatric caseload is dynamic and deeply rewarding. Access to imaging, aquatic therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, lab services, and more Physical rehab team includes sports, post-operative care, chronic pain, pelvic floor, lymphedema, vestibular, pediatric, and more A Physical Therapist (PT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program is required. You must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has strong communication and problem-solving skills. Both new graduates and experienced therapists are welcome to apply . Mentorship is available for new graduates. - The anticipated compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $104,000, dependent on applicant’s qualifications, experience, and employment type (part-time or full-time).

- Potential Bonuses : Sign-on and relocation bonuses may be available.
